Hassle-Free Return and Refund Policy
At Nivorae Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. Although fewer than 3% of our customers choose to return their purchases, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

Returns
If you decide to return your order, it must be unused (for hygiene reasons) and in its original packaging. You have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return.

To start the return process, simply email our support team at info@nivorae.com, and we will provide you with the return address. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.

A member of our customer service team will guide you through the process and inform you in advance of the total amount of your refund. If you have any questions, we are here to help!

Partial Refunds
If a returned product does not pass our inspection, you may only be eligible for a partial refund. We are not responsible for shipping fees related to the return of products that are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Non-refundable: We do not offer refunds if the address provided at checkout is incorrect. The company is not responsible for missing packages or unforeseen issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address to avoid any delivery issues.
