Formation of the Contract
A contract between the customer and Nivorae is established when the customer places an order on the website and we confirm the order. The order confirmation is sent by email once the order has been successfully submitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legal or operational reasons.

All prices displayed on the Website are in CAD ($) or the applicable currency of the customer's country and include the applicable VAT. Shipping fees are displayed separately and are not included in the price, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. We strive to ship products as quickly as possible. Worldwide shipping is available, and shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. Products returned in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging) can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
